The enemy's Prey! Part 1

I recently had the privilege of doing some archery. Boy, was it exhilarating!!! As soon as I had that bow and arrow in my hands, I was transported in my mind to a forest, on a hunt for prey! Lol

There is nothing more enriching than experiencing God's peresence; and there is a peacful resolve within yourself, when you know you are walking out God's calling in your life. But even though you may have experienced these things, you may still at times, find yourself struggling in certain areas of your life. The struggle can be small, but make a big impact on your daily life. When you begin to pursue God and walk out His specific calling in your life, the hunt is on! We forget so easily that we have an enemy - a relentless enemy, that is out to get you. All of you, your mind, your heart and your soul.

1 Peter 5:8 "Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour." The Devil already hates you because you are God's Own, you are his prey. He can tolerate an average Christian, but a Christian that is activily walking out their calling, is a threat! A threat to his kingdom. A threat that must be put down. But greater is He that is in me, right!!! Anticipate attack ecpecially in times of growing in your worship and going into higher levels with God. But know, God has given you the strentgh and power to overcome any predator through Him!
